In recent times, I have discovered
That human come in all forms
I have seen
I have heard
I have experienced
The world needs love
Yet, it never earned it.
Beware of the snake bite
You never know when it’s coming
I find there is a huge difference
Between see, hear and that
The truth is
You are you
Always have been, always will be
You don’t need to find your rhythm
The great ones are void of rhythm.
You are bold
You are smart
Your confidence may waver
But it will stand
Know this, they will come at you
Like the hurricane that wipe
Like the tornado that destroy
But you shall not fall
A stagger is just a step
To maintain your stance
Years from now
You will tell yourself
I told you so
The lives you will touch
Will smile back at you
It may be one or many
But a genuine smile is all you need
To mend a broken heart.
